Privacy Policy
This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or trackers, and has no accounts or forms. Everything on the page loads from this website.
This policy covers this website and email sent to our @qedcloud.com addresses. QED Cloud Inc., a Wyoming corporation, is responsible for the personal information described here.
What we receive
- Visits. Our web server and our hosting provider, Google Cloud, log each request: your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, your browser’s user-agent string and technical details of the request and response.
- Email. Your name and email address, your message, anything you attach and the email’s headers.
How we use and keep it
We use request logs only to run this website, keep it secure and fix problems. We use email to handle correspondence, keep our email secure and keep a record of our correspondence. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in running the website and our correspondence. We do not use either for advertising or profiling.
We keep request logs for about 7 days. We keep email for as long as we need it to deal with your message and for ordinary business records.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Google hosts this website (Google Cloud) and our email (Google Workspace) and processes that information on our behalf, in the United States and possibly other countries. No one else collects information about you through this website. We disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, to our professional advisers, or to a successor if our business changes hands.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Your rights
To ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to privacy@qedcloud.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, or to complain to a data protection authority. We may need to confirm who you are. Request logs are not linked to names, so we may not be able to tell which entries are yours, and individual entries cannot be deleted; all request logs are deleted after about 7 days in any case.
Changes
We will post any change here with a new effective date.
